UX Design Process: Personas & Empathy Maps
As part of my UX research process, I created a series of detailed personas and empathy maps to better understand my users on a deeper level. These tools allowed me to identify their needs, goals, motivations, and frustrations, which helped guide my design decisions. By visualizing users’ perspectives, I was able to keep their experiences at the center of the design process and ensure that the final product addressed real challenges while supporting their objectives.
